Before You Call — the Fast Answers
Three questions make up most of our call volume, and all three have instant self-serve answers. “Where is my BHG Loans login?” — your account lives on your funding lender's website, named in your loan agreement email; the FAQ walks through recovering access. “What would my payment be?” — the calculator answers in seconds. “Do I qualify?” — the eligibility page lists every requirement, and the application itself is a no-impact soft pull.
What Our Team Can and Cannot Do
We can help you with the application, explain how offers work, help identify which lender funded a past loan, and take feedback or review submissions. We cannot see or change your loan account, adjust payments, or make credit decisions — those live exclusively with your lender, whose number is on your agreement. This division exists because BHG Loan is a connection service, not a lender or servicer, as our About page explains.
Complaints and Concerns
If something in your BHG Loan experience fell short, we want the specifics — email [email protected] with “Complaint” in the subject and we will respond within one business day. Concerns about a specific lender's conduct should go first to that lender's own complaint process, but copy us as well: lender conduct feeds directly into our network standards review.
